Order and Payment

When ordering, please proceed as follows:

1. Shopping cart

For example, go to the image of the desired product under "Spare parts". Then the button "Add to shopping cart" appears. When you click, the product is placed in the shopping cart. You can change or delete your selection by clicking the "Edit shopping cart" button. You can cancel the process at any time by deleting. If you would like to order the article, on the other hand, click the buttons “Checkout”, “Direct to PayPal” or “Amazon pay”.

2a. Checkout

If you are already a customer of ours, please log in with your email address and password. Otherwise you can register as a new customer. We ask you to fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. If you do not want to create a customer account, check the "Do not create a customer account" field. Click on the "Next" button to go to "Payment method & shipping method".

2 B. Payment with PayPal

You can use your PayPal account to pay quickly and securely by direct debit or credit card. PayPal secures your payment and your data. The payment is transmitted immediately and your item can be dispatched immediately and included in the planning for a delivery.

2c. Payment with Amazon Pay

You can go directly to Amazon using the “amazon pay” button.
If you do not yet have an Amazon account, you can register there and pay via Amazon.

3. Select the method of payment and shipping

Shortly after the purchase you will receive an email from us with the order confirmation. This also includes our bank details. As soon as the amount to be paid has been credited to our bank account, the goods will be shipped or production will be commissioned. We ask you to transfer the amount to be paid to our bank account within 7 days.

Upon delivery:
Our scooters / quads / buggies and the mobile service can be paid for directly upon delivery. Simply select the payment method "cash on delivery" when processing your order and pay directly to our driver on the day of delivery. We will contact you a few days before delivery to announce the delivery date for your item. Please note that with this payment method, a deposit in advance of € 199 (for buggies and quads 20% of the total price) is required for assembly and handling work.

When collecting yourself:
Of course, you can also pick up the item you have ordered yourself and pay us directly in cash. After ordering, please contact us on 06255-300 30 to arrange the desired collection date.
