The engine is supplied as shown in the listing and includes drive parts, alternator, starter, intake manifold and oil pump. The carburettor is not included, this should be ordered separately in the shop if required. The engine is delivered in a safe transport packaging. The alternator has a plug with 3 occupied pins and 2 single cables.

Attention!

Before installation the oil pump must be bled properly, we recommend to fill the first tank 1:50.

After mounting the engine, check the oil level in the gearbox (fill up if necessary, if there is no oil). We recommend changing the oil after 50 km of running-in time. The engine power corresponds to the standard power of the vehicle.

The distance between crankshaft and gearbox input shaft is 28 cm. The engine has a belt length of 788, a belt with this length should also be installed in your original engine.

Engines with short shafts are usually for vehicles with rear drum brakes, engines with long shafts for vehicles with rear disc brakes, 2 rear suspension struts, or an additional rear support bearing on the outside.

The transmission output shaft protrudes approximately 55mm from the transmission case. Please check these dimensions on your vehicle. If another shaft is installed, this can be taken over into the new engine, the expenditure lies here with approx. half an hour.

The exhaust flange is slanted on this Euro 2 engine, the exhaust may have to be changed or the flange adjusted.
