Payment Methods

Please simply select your desired payment method during the order processing.

Cash on delivery

We can also deliver scooter orders from our webshop cash on delivery if the customer so wishes. A prerequisite for a smooth payment process is the complete and correct entry of the data during registration. For new customers, partial prepayment can be requested when purchasing cash on delivery. We also reserve the right to exclude certain types of payment in individual cases. Please note the information in our terms and conditions.

Financing through Expokredit

You can easily finance your purchase with a purchase value of € 180 or more. To do this, you will be guided step by step through the financing application during the ordering process. To do this, simply select the payment method "advance transfer / advance payment / expokredit financing" when processing the purchase. As soon as you have completed the order, you can click on the "Financing request" button on the order confirmation page and select the appropriate term. Now fill in all free input fields and complete the financing process. If you have entered a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation with the result of the verification of your data. As soon as we have received the approval of the financing, your desired vehicle will go into assembly and delivery preparation.

You enter all the necessary information about financing in a clear and self-explanatory online form; your data will be treated with the greatest care. The terms, monthly installments and interest rates are displayed immediately. If you want to accept the financing offer and have entered all the data, the bank will decide on your preferred financing. After the bank has confirmed the financing, we start the delivery process. The lead time specified in the shop applies from the time we have received the bank confirmation. Regarding the delivery date, we will automatically contact you by phone and email.

At least 18 years old, no more than 74 years old
Valid identity card, identity card, passport or electronic residence permit (EAT)
German bank details
Residence in Germany
German citizenship or residence / work permit
No negative SCHUFA entry

Information on the employment relationship:

The customer has to

be in a permanent employment relationship or the credit period must be within the fixed term of the employment relationship
be employed by an employer based in Germany, receive a pension in Germany, or work as a self-employed person in Germany

PayPal

After a successful order you will be automatically redirected to PayPal. There you can log in with your existing user data or open a new account and pay by direct debit or credit card. Pay safely and quickly with 2 clicks!

PayPal secures your payment and your data. The payment is transmitted immediately and your article can be sent immediately or included in the planning for a delivery.

Banktransfer

Shortly after the purchase you will receive an email from us with the order confirmation and our bank details. As soon as the amount to be paid has been credited to our bank account, we will send the goods or order production. Please transfer the amount to our bank account within 7 days.

Kreditcard

If you select the credit card payment method, a window opens after completing the order in which you can enter and confirm your credit card details. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Cash and Carry

Of course, you can also pick up the item you have ordered yourself and pay in cash. After ordering, please contact us on 06255 - 300 30 to arrange the desired collection date.
